RHB X-Cel Star Programme
Behind every scholarship is a student rewriting their future
The RHB X-Cel Star Scholarship is more than financial aid — it’s a platform to help bright young minds reach their fullest potential. Designed for top-performing students from the RHB X-Cel Programme, it opens the door to higher education in local universities and equips them with the skills to thrive in life and career.
We believe in nurturing not only scholars, but future leaders. Alongside their studies, our X-Cel Stars take part in English courses, soft skills training, leadership workshops, and mentor-mentee programmes, giving them the confidence and capabilities to shine in any path they choose.
And when graduation comes, they don’t just leave with a degree. They leave with opportunities, including the chance to build their careers with RHB.
