Our Programmes
Organised in 2019 and 2022, the RHB LEKAS Highway Ride is Malaysia's biggest night cycling ride on an open highway. The event is a collaboration between RHB Banking Group and Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban Sdn Bhd ("LEKAS", a subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad's Toll Division).
The inaugural RHB Langkawi Ride was held in 2019 and have cultivated a strong following of cycling enthusiasts, both amateur and professional, from Malaysia and around the world. A total of 1,224 participants from 22 countries participated.
Ride for Good – Virtual Ride
RHB Banking Group’s first ever Virtual Ride ended on 3 October 2021 with a total of more than 120,000 km cycled by 2,000 cyclists across the nation. The 14-day virtual cycling event is part of the Group’s commitment towards promoting a healthy lifestyle through cycling for a good cause. RHB had pledged RM1 for every 1km distance cycled by the cyclists capped at 100km per cyclist. RHB honoured its pledge by donating RM100,000 towards providing financial aid to B40 families impacted by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and Movement Control Order. On top of the RM100,000 pledged by RHB Banking Group, RHB Foundation had also contributed an additional RM100,000.
