Neurodiverse Talent Development Programme 

• Introduced in 2022, RHB #Empower aims to assimilate mildly autistic / neurodiverse young adults into society by providing them with fundamental office skills.  The 9-month development programme targets mildly autistic young adults (age 17 – 30) for a training programme that covers:

• Basic Computer Operations
• MS Office – Basic Word & Excel Skills
• E-mail handling
• Basic Widows operations & file management
• Basic internet fundamentals

• Cognitive Development & Social Skills
  

• Brain, Body & Being
• Nurturing Nutrition
• Connection to Self & Others

• RHB aspires to secure as many participants with a paid internship within and outside the Group to be given the opportunity to earn a living.
